Delivery

Days count from when we confirm your order by phone.
Paying
Cash on Delivery is the default: pay the rider when your watch arrives. You can also pay by bKash Send Money when it is switched on at checkout. No account needed.
Exchange
If your watch arrives damaged, or it is not the watch you ordered, we will swap it.
- Tell us within 3 days of delivery.
- Send your order number and a photo of the problem on Messenger.
- We arrange the swap with you.
Exchanges cover damaged or wrong items only. If a watch is no longer in stock, we will talk it through with you.
